Happy, happy anniversary to my lovely downstairs neighbor, NOCHE BROOKHAVEN!

They’ve been an exceptional neighbor:  always offering delicious food and drink and a fun time and for the most part – keep the noise to a minimum (except for the occasional 3am accidental fire alarm… but whatever.) 

Here’s the best part:  They’re celebrating their 1 year anniversary this Thursday with drink specials all night long: $2 Tecate Beer, $5 Noche Margaritas and $5 Sangria!

Thanks for the great year, Noche!  Here’s to many more!
