I’m pretty obsessed with the protein bistro box at Starbucks these days.
It contains a cage-free egg, white cheddar cheese, honey peanut butter spread, multi-grain muesli bread, apples, and grapes. All for only 380 calories, 19 grams of fat, 37 carbs, and 5 grams of fiber. I think that is overall pretty darn healthy eating for a boxed lunch – definitely considering your other options for food on the go! Plus it’s portable and will only run you a hot $6.
I grab at least one a week for lunch, and I always feel very full and satisfied after I chow down. Check it out the next time you need a quick lunch!
