Urban pL8 has a pretty serious weekend brunch going on. 

Rosh + I ventured down Huff Road last Saturday to check it out + I ended up ordering THIS bad boy.  It was so gooooooood…

Huevos Rancheros: 2 farm fried eggs, pico de gallo, corn tortilla, pinto cake, spicy sour cream + cilantro over oven-roasted sweet potatoes.  Perfect-o!  It was like a work of art.
